We are an independent construction and property services provider based in Madrid, Spain. The company was set up in the second half of 2010, on the strength of individual expertise in Spain since 1992.

Profile
John Watson, Managing Director, is a property professional with more than 20 years experience, 18 of which have been spent working in Spain in professional practice for international consultancies. He has held posts of Associate Director, Director and Managing Director in various companies.
Throughout his career, John has provided services to blue chip companies providing project management services on large and small commercial developments. He is experienced in providing project monitoring services to banks and investors as well as having successfully completed literally hundreds of due diligence exercises for international and national clients. More recently, John has successfully provided construction management services to design and build projects.
John is a Chartered Building Surveyor and was the first Chartered Surveyor to have convalidated his qualification in Spain as an “Arquitecto Técnico” and as such is a member of the Colegio de Apaejadores y Arquitectos Técnicos de Madrid.
Together with his language skills (English/Spanish) Johnʼs skill base often bridges the gap between the international investment and development sector and Spanish property and construction practice, although he is equally at home providing his services to national companies.
